Nothing. Grammerhub is free, volunteer-run, and paid for by donations and sponsors — they cover the room, the food, and the printing. There is no tier you unlock by paying, because there is nothing to pay. If your company wants to help cover it, that is what the sponsors page is for.

Every Monday at 6:30 PM EST, online and in person. We are based in South Florida, and you do not have to be — plenty of the room joins from a laptop. What is on each week is on the calendar.

No. Grammerhub is for people working toward their first or next role in tech — engineering, design, data, product, whatever the job turns out to be. Some of the room writes software for a living and some of it is three weeks into a first tutorial.

The MC greets you by name and says what you are working toward. Then the room introduces itself back to you, one person at a time — you leave knowing people, not just known by a system. LinkedIns get shared, someone takes a group photo, and you go home with one concrete next step. The longer version is on the about page.

One thing to do before next Monday, decided with you rather than assigned to you — rewrite the top third of your resume, ship the thing you keep not shipping, send two messages. Someone asks you about it next week. That is the whole mechanism, and it is why people who come twice tend to come twenty times.

Anyone, by default: your name, your photo and what you are working toward sit at /@your-handle so the room can find you between Mondays. You can turn that off in your profile — the public page stops existing, your face comes off the member surfaces, and anything you have written keeps your name on it without linking anywhere.

Probably, if you come in person — a group shot is part of a Monday, and it goes up on the photo wall. Your name only goes next to it if you have said we can, which is off until you turn it on in your profile. One person cannot un-publish a photo of twenty, so if you want a specific one taken down, ask the team and we will.

We sign you in with it and we email you about Mondays. It is never on a public page and it is not readable through the API by anyone but you and the team — that is enforced in the code, not in a policy document.

Yes, and it is how most Mondays get their theme. Say so in Discord or tell whoever is MCing — you do not need a deck or a title, just something you know and twenty minutes.

Yes — money, space, food, or somebody senior for an hour all count. Tell us what you have in mind and the team will email you back.
